The research was conducted under a contract with the U.S. government and the results are posted on the web site of the Joint ADL CoLab.

Help

This is a "Help Yourself" project. That means you are welcome to help yourself to the software and documents that are available. But you must also help yourself come to an understanding of how to use them and how to improve them. The research project has been completed and the team is working on other projects now. If you contact any of them, they may or may not be in a position to provide additional guidance.
